Nestled in the tranquil countryside, the lodge offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to nearby attractions. the room had a charming cottage feel, with a comfortable bed and a spacious en suite bathroom complete with a large bath and shower. the addition of a terrace outside our room allowed us to relax among the abundance of colorful flowers surrounding the property. The bar area was a fun feature, with a dart board providing entertainment for guests. the staff were polite and helpful, making our stay hassle-free with easy self check-in and check-out procedures. the location was convenient for exploring the area, and there were plenty of dining options in nearby Mansfield. One area for improvement could be the size of the rooms, as they were on the smaller side. Nevertheless, the overall value proposition was excellent, especially considering the easy parking and free Wi-Fi offered to guests. the lodge's charming ambiance and peaceful setting make it a great choice for a relaxing getaway.
